What type of payment do you accept? I accept payment through PayPal® and money orders. Who will have access to my information? I will be the only person to view any hard copy or electronic documents sent by clients. Your personal documents and information will not be sold or distributed to any parties not associated with Love Editing. Please note, however, that disclosure of your personal information may be required to obtain a money order and to establish a PayPal account. What is the turnaround time on projects? Turnaround times depend on the number and size of projects I have. When requesting a service, please let me know if you have a scheduled deadline. Do you provide work samples in case I'm not sure I want to use your service? Depending on the length of your project, I will edit up to three pages for free. What if I'm not happy with the service? I strive to provide top quality editing and superior customer service. If you are not satisfied, please let me know and I will make all reasonable efforts to rectify the issue. Do you provide any fact-checking or research as part of the editing process? No. All clients are responsible for the accuracy of their content. I do not help students write their papers, nor do I check dates, facts, or figures. The spelling of persons' names will only be reviewed if they are public figures. Because instances of plagiarism are often difficult to detect, Love Editing is not responsible for plagiarism of any kind. If you have questions about giving credit to other authors or works, I will be happy to address them.
